Rain / Bad Weather
All our castles have rain/sun covers, but we will phone you the day prior to your event and if you choose to cancel the castle due to bad weather your deposit will be fully refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a hire arrangement due to bad weather.

Safety
Safety is our top priority! All our units incorporate the latest safety standards, including fully enclosed mesh, which prevents falls from the unit, whilst at the same time providing high visibility. We provide a safety demonstration with each hire so you gain maximum fun while staying safe!

Set-Up
All units require a minimum clearance of one metre on all sides. Units can be set-up on either grass or concrete and require a power source no more than 20 metres away. Set-up usually takes 20-30 minutes, depending on access to the required area.

Deposit
To secure your booking and to avoid disappointment we require a $30 deposit on our jumping units and $50 on our combo units.

Insurance
We have $10,000,000 public liability insurance and are happy to provide you with a copy of our policy, if required.
